Il ne s&#8217;agit ni de coaching, ni de th\u00e9rapie br\u00e8ve, ni de gestion des \u00e9motions.<\/p>\n<p>Le travail se fait par la parole et suppose un engagement r\u00e9el de la part de la personne accompagn\u00e9e. Comprendre un fonctionnement psychique demande du temps et ne peut se r\u00e9duire \u00e0 une intervention ponctuelle.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9motions abord\u00e9es en s\u00e9ance ne sont ni interpr\u00e9t\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re normative, ni orient\u00e9es vers un objectif de performance ou de changement rapide. Elles sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des indicateurs du fonctionnement int\u00e9rieur et sont travaill\u00e9es dans ce sens.<\/p>\n<p>La pratique respecte les principes de confidentialit\u00e9, de non-jugement, et d&#8217;autonomie de la personne.
